This class is a circuit style class. It is combination of strength and functional movement using light hand weights, bands and body weight exercises. These classes are designed and can be adapted for any stage of your motherhood journey.
We will have a 15 minute mobility and movement 'stretch' at the end - if you can only stay for the 45 minutes for the bulk of the class that's absolutely OK.
(Babies welcome up to the crawling stage - or if they are happy to sit in their prams that's also an option)
